Hi there, my name is Andrea and I’m so happy you stumbled upon my site! This site is all about exercise, fitness, eating healthy, great recipes, and great books.
A little about myself: My favorite things are playing hockey, working out, eating, cooking, walking my dog Maverick, and reading. I also play flag football, which is a blast. I used to do roller derby, but a neck injury put the kabosh on that. So now I stick with hockey 2-4 times a week and working out 3-4 times a week. Oh and the football. 🙂
