So this is the one exercise that everyone loves to hate. I can’t say that I am not included. I’m really not quite sure way. I don’t hate push ups, or planks, or even squat jumps, all of which are incorporated in a burpee. But for some reason when you put all those together, its just awful. Seriously.
But, there is a reason many people do them, they are a great fully body HIIT exercise that you can literally do anywhere. In your living room, a hotel room, outside, anywhere.

Basically it is 4 minutes of suck. Then repeated.
