So I love to eat. That means of course that I workout a lot to keep in shape. I play hockey 2-3 times a week and prefer to do Strength Training the other days to keep me strong. However, I do also enjoy a great cardio workout as well, and like high intensity interval training (HIIT) to mix things up.
