I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that I started a jump rope program. Well, I’m still doing it! I actually quite like it. I’ve found jump roping to be a great cardio workout and a great exercise for my calves. I am now up to 40 sec on, 20 sec off for 30 minutes.
Right now I do 4 types of jump variations:
1. Basic Bounce
3. Alternating High Knees
4. Skier (side to side hop)
The high knees variation is definitely the most taxing of the four. In fact, its quite exhausting! So needless to say, I like doing this one best. 🙂
