Bored of your same old, same old workout routine? Have you plateaued? Change it up by adding in some Tabata style exercises to spice things up. Tabata is a great fat burner. It is done by varying bursts of high intensity (20 seconds) with even shorter bursts of rest (10 seconds) for 8 rounds. It is a four minute total routine.

Yesterday I did a shoulder workout, then I finished it off with this Tabata style routine that I made up. I did 3 rounds for a total of 12 minutes.
