It’s always fun to try new workouts so that you don’t plateau or get bored with the same old, same old. Here’s a leg workout for building strength. It incorporates heavier weight and less reps. The rest between sets should be calculated by you. You want enough time to fully recover.
Remember this is a strength building workout, not an endurance workout. Use heavy weight and adequate rest. It will take you some time to complete due to the required longer rest periods, so don’t try this workout when you are rushed for time!
