Sometimes you just want to change things up and try something new. That’s what I feel like right now anyway. So I went looking for some new workouts and found this posting form myfitstation.com that has 5 interesting and completely different HIIT routines. All of them are 10 different exercises that you do for 30 sec with a 10 sec rest in between. The entire circuit is then repeated 2 or 3 more times, depending on your fitness level. Remember, this type of routine is to be done at a very high intensity level (while still being safely within your fitness level) for the entire 30 sec work period. No slacking!
