What’s a Russian Twist?
Hi Randi, A Russian twist is where you sit on your butt with your legs out in front of you and your knees bent, feet on or off the ground depending on your fitness level. You hold a medicine ball or dumbbell in your hands and twist your torso side to side by twisting the weight from hip to hip. Here is a great example of how its done.
