I’ve been on this smoothie kick lately. I don’t know why exactly. I mean, it’s not like I just got a new blender or anything. But oh boy are they delicious and nutritious! An excellent way to get your fruits, or even veggies, into your belly.
The one I just made today is a Chocolate Banana Raspberry Protein Smoothie. I used yummy Silk Light Chocolate Soymilk, which at 90 calories a cup, is a bit better than Chocolate Milk. Try this one out and then try to tell me it’s not pure chocolaty deliciousness!
Chocolate Banana Raspberry Protein Smoothie
- 1/2 cup Silk Light Chocolate Soymilk
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I used Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein, Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate)
- Handful of Ice
Blend all of above together until smooth. Enjoy!
